The Basics.

There is a ‘Host’, and there are ‘Guest(s)’

1. The Host starts the Zoom meeting,
2. Adds colleague’s email address to the Multi-Viewer field below the CPDonline video,
3. Host ‘Shares Screen’ with guests, and all watch the video and enjoy a good chat

Guests will simply join the Zoom meeting. Guests do not need to access the CPDonline site.
