Can I purchase a video on someone else's behalf?
Yes. But please ensure the name and email address provided is for the viewer of videos. A Proof of Attendance email is generated for the name provided during the registration.
What does it cost per video?
We now offer individual subscriptions and firm subscriptions which grant unlimited access to all CPD videos on CPDonline.ca. See the pricing page for details.

How do I pay?
You pay per video or for an individual subscription using a credit card. Firm subscriptions are invoiced through Stripe. There is no fee to register.

Where can I find my receipt?
Receipts for video and subscription purchases are emailed to the address provided by you when you signed up for CPDonline.ca and your order history can be accessed through your “My Account” page.
Once I've paid for a video, do I have to watch it right away?
Videos, once paid for, can be viewed anytime for as long as they are resident on CPDonline.ca's website.
Can I watch a video more than once?
Yes, once paid for you can watch a video as many times as you want. Note: To watch the same video again in the following year towards your CPD requirement (gain another Credit) you must pay again for that video.
Can I watch a previously viewed video in the following year to obtain credit?
Yes, you can watch the same video again in the following year to gain credit. You must pay for the video to obtain the email confirmation “Proof of Attendance”.
How long does my subscription last?
Your subscription will be auto-renewed on January 1 of the following year. Subscriptions are based on the calendar year: January 1 to December 31.
Can I use my association discount towards a subscription?
No, associations discounts can only be used on your pay-as-you-go purchases. The subscription model pricing already reflects deep discounts.
How do I add a subscriber to an existing firm subscription?
Email us the name and email address of new user(s). We’ll create their account asap, and adjust the pricing if necessary.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Email us and we’ll be sure not to auto-renew your subscription in the following year. There are no refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
How do I deal with a subscriber who has left the firm?
Email us and we’ll transfer his/her account to a new email address.
