Join us for an insightful panel discussion with the Honourable Justice Myers and senior family and estates lawyers, Gary Joseph and Clare Burns, on how to tackle corporate issues in family and estates matters.

The discussion will be centered around a fact pattern where the husband is in a second marriage, has various businesses, later separates from his second wife, and dies. Whether you practice in family or estates, this program is intended to give all participants tools to use in their own practice.
