Christina Vechsler

Christina Vechsler was raised in the Arnprior and McNab/Braeside area and completed her undergraduate and legal studies in Ottawa. Since Christina’s call to the OntarioBar in 2006, Christina has gained strong and varied experience in the areas of Corporate, Commercial, Energy, Environmental, and Municipal law. Shehas worked in private practice at a large Toronto firm and a national law firm. She has also gained public sector and in-house legal experience, as well as experience as a strategic advisor, in the energy and infrastructure sector. In returning to the Ottawa area and joining Tierney Stauffer LLP, Christina will continue to use her experience in advising clients in these and other areas to serve the individual and business needs of the firm’s clients. Christina enjoys developing practical solutions to legal questions and providing strategic legal advice to assist clients with their legal needs.

Kody Wilson

Kody Wilson works with clients on current and forward-looking valuations and consults with them on ways to increase the value of a business or department prior to a sale or to help guide strategic plans. Being at the cross-section of the tax and valuation world allows Kody to help his clients achieve the best possible financial results. Kody joined GGFL in 2012 after working in the assurance and taxation departments of an international accounting firm as well as the audit and appeals departments of Canada RevenueAgency. What attracted Kody to the tax profession initially was the opportunity to break down a complex topic into simple strategies business owners could work with. What keeps Kody in the profession is his desire to keep building great relationships with current and future clients so that he can help them plan for and achieve their long-term professional and financial ambitions.
