2 Hours Substantive
In this hands-on seminar you will learn how to prepare a winning motion record containing the evidentiary substance in the form that the Masters expect. With the guidance of qualified senior counsel, and input from several Masters, you will be taken step by step through a case study, during which you will learn how to draft a notice of motion and supporting evidence. This program is an excellent opportunity for articling students and new calls to gain practical experience and to build a firm foundation for their advocacy practice.
