In our 4th annual Supreme Court of Canada roundup, our expert panel of seasoned lawyers and scholars returns to offer insightful comments about recent decisions by our top court and identify emerging trends in the areas of civil, criminal, and public law. Marking its seventeenth and last year with Chief Justice Beverly McLachlin at its helm, the Court addressed many significant matters in its 2016-17 term. In this popular casual program, relax in our intimate lounge while hearing what The Supremes have been saying this past year. Specific cases to be discussed will be identified closer to the event. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions. There will not be extensive handouts.
