Technology in Discoveries (CCLA)

Everyone with an interest in learning about the latest and greatest use of technology in examinations for discoveries will not want to miss this. It’s an opportunity to hear from lawyers and others who must deal with modern technology challenges, including:

• receiving productions in electronic form
• viewing productions electronically at discoveries
• software or apps lawyers might find useful in conducting discoveries
• helping clients become comfortable viewing documents electronically
• dealing with circumstances in which electronic discovery is not workable
