Rob is an associate in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Group at Harrison Pensa LLP. He represents institutional creditors, debtors, trustees, and receivers in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, contract disputes, and the enforcement of security.
Rob was raised in London, ON, and earned his undergraduate degree Classical Studies at the University of Western Ontario, as well as a Masters in Roman Archaeology at the University of Leicester, in the UK. Rob worked in Ontario Archaeology for several years before returning to school and receiving his JD from Western Law in 2015.
Eric is a partner at Advocates LLP, practicing exclusively in the areas of commercial litigation and construction law. His commercial litigation practice includes partnership/shareholder disputes, commercial real estate litigation, professional negligence claims, and debtor/creditor remedies.
