Josh Nutt joined Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall in 2022 after working at a local litigation boutique. Josh completed his JD in 2016 (cum laude) and an undergraduate degree in political science in 2013 (magna cum laude), both from the University of Ottawa. While in law school, Josh worked at a federal administrative tribunal and participated in an employment insurance legal clinic. Josh has a varied litigation practice including employment law, professional negligence, insurance and personal injury matters, and commercial litigation. Josh is involved with the local bar and has spoken at the Carleton County Law Association’s Civil Litigation Conference as well as the Kingston & the 1000 Islands Legal Conference. He also volunteers regularly for causes in his neighbourhood and for Pro Bono Ontario’s Free Legal Advice Hotline.
