Jason Rabin

Jason Rabin worked as an insurance litigator at a national law firm in Ottawa before transitioning to commercial litigation as a partner at Gibsons LLP. He has worked as a part-time Law Professor teaching Civil Procedure. His present practice includes insurance, corporate governance disputes, construction, and employment law. On his off time, Jason is also an avid cook and baker and enjoys making elaborate desserts for his friends and family.

Stephanie Ruta

Stephanie Ruta is the founder of SR Law Office. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and was called to the Bar in 2005. Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law and residential and commercial real estate. Stephanie acts for corporations requiring assistance with incorporation and organization, as well as those engaged in the purchase or sale of a business. She also works with franchisors and franchisees to set up, buy and sell their franchise businesses, and advises them on franchise law requirements in Ontario. Stephanie is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. She is past honourary legal counsel and board member of the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre, and a past member, secretary and director of the Rotary Club of Ottawa South.
