Indemnification in M & A Transactions

Robert Krizman practices business law at O'Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP. His practice encompasses a wide range of transactions including sales and acquisitions of businesses, mergers, reorganizations and financing.

Robert completed his undergraduate studies, with an emphasis on business, at McMaster University where he obtained an Honours Economics and History degree. He completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall and he was called to the Ontario Bar in 1999.

He has been a long time judge for the Oakville Awards for Business Excellence, which has given him further appreciation of the so many diverse and incredible entrepreneurs and businesses in Halton. He is

a past Director of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past contributor to the Newcomer Centre of Peel's Global Business Centre Program and a former contributor to the Access to Professionals Program for the Halton Business Region Development Centre.
