In partnership with the TLA, Sandra co-founded, ‘Keeping it Social’, a LinkedIn group for lawyers that meets quarterly to learn practice tips and network.
Sandra is the instructor for the RAIC’s 'Marketing for Architects' course. She is also writing a chapter for the 2nd edition of ‘Marketing Techniques for Law and Professional Practices’, to be published by the American Bar Association in the Spring of 2021.
Aisling Bondy has practiced in the field of immigration and refugee law since her call to the bar. She received her LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, and completed her last semester of law school at the Universidad de Chile in Santiago, Chile. Prior to attending law school she obtained a B.A. from McGill University in Political Science and International Development, and completed a semester at the Universidad de las Américas in Puebla, Mexico.
Aisling practices in all areas of immigration law, and regularly represents clients before visa offices around the world and before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court. She has taught Immigration and Refugee Law Procedures at Humber College and often delivers presentations concerning immigration and refugee law to the public and at professional development events, such as Humber College, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers.
Aisling is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
Chad Finkelstein is a partner at Dale & Lessmann LLP, and founder and chair of the firm’s franchise practice group and cannabis practice group. He is a transactional lawyer and a registered trademark agent, and practices in the areas of corporate law, M&A, franchise law, intellectual property law, cannabis law, information technology law, advertising/marketing law and gaming law. In 2018, he was selected as a winner of Lexpert’s Rising Stars award, recognizing Canada’s leading lawyers under 40 years old. He has been recognized by his peers as a ranked lawyer in such publications as Lexpert, Who’s Who Legal: Canada, Chambers Canada, The Best Lawyers in Canada and Franchise Times.
