Jennifer Cunningham practices exclusively as a criminal defence lawyer. After beginning her career in Toronto at Lockyer Campbell, she started her own criminal defence firm in Whitehorse in 2008.  Jennifer has argued criminal cases at all levels of court in Yukon, the Northwest Territories, British Columbia and Ontario. Jennifer has conducted many sexual offence trials and appeals, including successful challenges to mandatory minimum sentences for sexual offences and Dangerous Offender matters.

Matthew Stacey
