Jordan Atin

Jordan is a Certified Specialists in Estates and Trusts Law and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada. Lexpert rates Jordan as one of its top recommended estate lawyers in Canada as well as being rated as a Best Lawyer in Canada. In addition to his planning and administration practice, Jordan is Counsel to Hull & Hull LLP and an experienced estates mediator. He is a Past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association - Trust and Estates Section and a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Jordan was the inaugural winner of the OBA’s Hoffstein Prize in recognition of his contributions and achievements in the area of wills, trusts and estates.

Andrea Hill

Andrea is a litigator with TMA Law (formerly Turkstra Mazza Associates) in Hamilton. She is a graduate of McGill University and Queen’s University Faculty of Law. She was called to the Bar in 2002. Andrea’s practice focuses on estate litigation and commercial disputes. Before becoming a lawyer, Andrea worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative assistant to two U.S. Congressmen and as a lobbyist at a national constitutional and civil rights organization. She is a Trustee of the Hamilton Law Association, Chair of the Hamilton Law Association’s Estates and Trusts Subcommittee and President of the Estate Planners’ Council of Hamilton. Andrea has been recognized by her peers in Best Lawyers in Canada as a leading lawyer in Corporate and Commercial Litigation and in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in Estate & Personal Tax Planning (Estate Litigation).
