Maggie Casey - Magdalena Casey is an associate practicing exclusively in civil litigation at Mann Lawyers LLP. Maggie’s litigation practice is split between commercial and employment litigation. On the employment side, she assists clients with a broad range of employment disputes, including wrongful dismissals, human rights claims, and employee grievances. In her commercial litigation practice, Maggie assists clients with contract and property disputes, shareholder disputes and oppression matters, and negligence claims.

Noémie Ducret

Adam Friedlan

Adam Friedlan, JD, LLM, is a tax and estate planning lawyer. His areas of practice include corporate and personal tax planning and estate planning, implementation of tax and estate plans, preparation of wills and powers of attorney, and conducting correspondence with the CRA on behalf of clients including the drafting of notices of objection. Adam is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, New York University and the University of Chicago and has completed the In-depth Tax Course and the In-depth HST/GST Course conducted by CPA Canada. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Tax Foundation. Adam is a regular contributor to Tax for the Owner Manager, has written for Tax Topics and contributed papers to the Ontario Tax Conference of the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Jeffrey Johnson

Jeffrey Johnson - Jeff is an Audit Partner based in the National Capital Region. He has over 20 years of experience advising both public and private companies. Jeff's recent focus has been advising companies on issues faced by growth-oriented technology and SaaS companies as they scale through an exit event or IPO. In addition to working with technology companies, he has also worked with consumer products and transportation companies. While supporting organizations with accounting advisory and financial reporting matters, he has also assisted with internal control design. Other topics he is experienced in include board governance and the consideration of audit complexities for organizations with global operations. Jeff is US GAAP and IFRS Accredited.

Zach Murray

Zach Murray - Zachary Murray is an associate practicing corporate and commercial law in the Business Law group at Mann Lawyers LLP. Zachary regularly assists clients in a broad and developing range of corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations, shareholder agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial leasing, and related corporate and commercial law matters.
