Kat Kinch is a litigator based in Trent Hills, Ontario, practising primarily in Northumberland, Peterborough and Hastings counties. A graduate of Allard Hall at UBC, she clerked at the British Columbia Supreme Court and spent many years at a large litigation firm in downtown Vancouver working in the areas of professional negligence and discipline, family law, Charter litigation and investigations. Ms. Kinch relocated to her hometown in Ontario in 2014, and now provides civil litigation, municipal law and family law services in a busy rural practice.
Dalton McGuinty Jr. is a partner in Borden Ladner Gervais’ Insurance and Tort Liability Group in Ottawa. He was born in Ottawa and never left, completing both an undergrad and his law degree at the University of Ottawa. The bulk of his practice is representing insureds and insurers in litigation matters ranging from motor vehicle accidents to first party property claims. He also practices just enough Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation for him to argue that he’s completely unbiased. When not working he can be found on the golf course, losing horribly to his wife, and spending time with his 14 month old son.
