Samantha Gordon

Samantha Gordon was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2021 and practised in the areas of commercial litigation and professional negligence defence. Samantha received her Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University and completed her undergraduate degree at Western University. During law school, Samantha worked as a caseworker at Lakehead’s Community Legal Services and volunteered with various organizations including Level’s Indigenous Youth Outreach Program and Pro Bono Students Canada. In her free time, Samantha enjoys hiking, travelling, playing squash and volleyball, and skiing.

Sean Miller

Sean Miller is a partner at Wallace Smith LLP. He has a diverse litigation practice that includes personal injury and commercial actions, dental malpractice claims as well as coverage disputes. Sean was born in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois, but has lived in Canada for 20 years. He studied political science and economics at the University of Victoria and earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2008. Sean graduated from Queen’s Law in 2011 on the Dean’s List. At Queen’s, he won the top oralist award in the inaugural Willms & Shier Environmental Law Moot where he appeared before the Honourable Thomas Cromwell, former Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada. Sean articled at a general practice firm in Kingston and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. He worked at a downtown Toronto litigation boutique, before moving to London in 2013 to join Wallace Smith LLP. Sean became a partner in 2024. Sean represents insureds and insurers in the defence of personal injury and commercial actions, as well as coverage disputes. He also represents members of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario in dental malpractice claims. Sean has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario as well as at the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
