Is LinkedIn still a useful social media tool or is it a waste of time?
Today's video from the TLA features a personal case study from Imran Ahmad on how he strategically used LinkedIn to grow his practice from scratch. His comments apply to all practice areas, and all stages of business development. For example, he states that rather than simply sharing posts, or liking posts, you provide some helpful comments or observations that are relevant to your audience. Or, create your own unique content.
The second speaker, Sandra Bekhor, provides practical implementation tips including planning, standing out from the crowd (and clutter) and connecting. She comments, "LinkedIn doesn’t make you a superstar, it gives you an opportunity [to be a superstar]"!
