Jenna Preston

Jenna Preston is an associate lawyer at Nelligan Law and has been practising family law since her Call to the Bar in 2014. While Jenna's practice encompasses all areas of family law, her specialization is in addressing complex financial concerns that specifically impact business owners. Jenna also has wide-ranging research and writing experience in the areas of family law, ethics, religion, and the law. In 2018, she co-authored a book on Family Law Arbitration in Ontario with Stephen Grant.

Michael Rankin

Michael Rankin was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987. He has practiced as a civil and commercial litigator and family lawyer at all levels of court, trial and appeal. His family practice focuses on high net worth cases involving income attribution, valuation, tax and division of corporate assets, including where necessary by advancing or defending claims for corporate oppression and wind up orders.

Marc-André Richer

Marc-André Richer has over 15 years of experience practicing exclusively in the areas of business valuation, damage quantification and financial litigation. He provides business valuation reports for a variety of purposes including family law matters, shareholder disputes, private transactions, and income tax planning. His experience in family law matters also includes the preparation of income reports for the purposes of determining spousal and child support. He regularly provides assistance as a qualified expert witness for Court, arbitration or mediation relating to family law matters. Over the years, he has worked closely with the CBV Institute where he previously served as a practice inspector, instructor and developer of the Litigation courses and exams.
