TLA 3rd Annual Small Claims Court Conference
Includes Handouts

This is our 3rd Annual Small Claims Court program featuring Deputy Judges of that dynamic court. Representing clients in this court gives lawyers and articling and LPP students an opportunity to cut their teeth on courtroom practice and hone their advocacy and negotiation skills. Our panel consists exclusively of experienced Deputy Judges of the very busy Toronto Small Claims Court. Using a Q&A format, this interactive program will provide a rare opportunity for you to directly put questions to members of the bench and get involved. Some questions will be provided in advance. Our panelists will share their valuable insights and practical tips about various pertinent topics. Our returning attendees should note that we have invited different judges from earlier years to keep it fresh and supplement the views previously expressed. So sit back in our intimate lounge and enjoy the views! No handouts are to be expected.
