John Goudy is a litigator whose practice is focused on land ownership issues, encompassing commercial, real estate, and environmental litigation, expropriation law, energy regulation, and regulatory offences. He is particularly interested in agriculture and the regulation of agricultural land use. He lives and works on his family’s cash crop farm north of London, Ontario with his wife and children.
Michael Lamb was called to the bar in 1986, and is a sole practitioner with an emphasis on real estate law, wills and estates. His practice also includes litigation, having appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, and teaching as an adjunct professor of real estate law at Western University. Michael is also a regular presenter for the Stewart Title Guaranty Company Lecture Series. He is Chair of the Elder Abuse London Middlesex Network.
