Vanessa Carment

Vanessa Carment is an associate in Soloway Wright LLP’s Real Estate and Development, Commercial Leasing, and Condominium Law groups. Vanessa’s real estate practice consists of all aspects of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and financings. In her condominium practice, Vanessa regularly advises condominium corporation boards on a wide range of condominium matters. Vanessa is also regularly involved in commercial leasing work for both landlords and tenants. She has co-chaired commercial leasing continuing professional development programming with the Ontario Bar Association and recently co-authored an article on the impact of COVID-19 on commercial leasing for the County of Carleton Law Association. Outside of work, Vanessa is an Executive with the Ontario Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division – East, acts as Writing Leader for the University of Ottawa 

Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson is a lawyer with Perley-Robertson Hill & McDougall and has been in practice since 2015. Her practice includes a wide range of real estate issues, but she is particularly enjoys working on real estate development projects. Outside of her practice, Amy’s main hobby is breeding and showing miniature poodles. Her dogs have competed successfully across Canada and in the United States.
