Mediation is a powerful step in the personal injury litigation process. With so much uncertainty associated with trial outcomes, it is no wonder that less than 5% of lawsuits go to trial. Clients, therefore, expect a lot out of mediation. This means your performance as a plaintiff’s or insurance defence lawyer is key!

Join an experienced panel of mediators who will discuss:

  • What kinds of conflicts of interest can arise before, during and after mediation
  • What to avoid during a caucus
  • What is the right amount of friction at mediation
  • What to do when you’re served with a late report
