Presenters

Carol Craig

Carol taught with the Ottawa Carleton District School Board for several years before pursuing her legal studies at the University of Ottawa. Carol graduated from law school in 2006 and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2007. She practises in the areas of family law and estate litigation. Carol is a life-long, devoted, animal lover and is kept busy outside of work running after her Skye Terrier, Grady, and his feline companions.

Joshua Vickery

Joshua practices estate litigation. He received his B.A. History and Political Science, Magna cum laude, from the University of Ottawa in 2014, his J.D., Common Law, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa, in 2017, and was called to the Bar in 2018. A history enthusiast, voracious reader, and obsessive board gamer, Joshua also spends his downtime immersing himself in ancient and medieval history and travelling the world to see the places where history was made. Joshua also volunteers with different local organizations and served four years on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa School of Art from 2019-2022. Joshua also has a yoga mat in his office, which he likes to think he’ll use.
