Jennifer Arrigo

Jennifer Arrigo was called to the bar in 2002. She worked in private practice for almost 10 years before moving to be in-house litigation counsel at Intact Insurance more than 8 years ago. Jennifer’s insurance defence practice involves all types of property and casualty claims with a wide range of file complexities. While in private practice, Jennifer focussed on both defence and plaintiff side personal injury work, as well as commercial, construction and mortgage litigation. Jennifer was sworn in as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court in August 2019. Outside the office, Jennifer remains committed to trying to carve out one night a week to play in the Kanata Symphony Orchestra despite the best efforts of her husband and three boys to monopolize her time.
