Daniel Duyvelshoff

Daniel Duyvelshoff has been working in Family Law for many years. He completed his articles in April 2020 at a small family law and child protection firm in Ottawa where he gained excellent experience dealing with people in crises and helping them resolve their issues. He then worked at a midsize downtown Ottawa firm where he honed his skills before joining RPB Family Law PC in July 2021. His ability to relate to an individual’s concerns and provide tailored solutions has proved to be an asset for all his clients

Camille Ligier

Camille Ligier Having begun her legal career during a pandemic, Camille has taken changes to the legal profession and court system in stride, demonstrating her ability to adapt quickly and seamlessly to new situations. Camille has successfully appeared in Small Claims Court and has worked on family and civil matters in both the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice. Camille currently practices in both family and civil matters. Her interests currently lie in family, landlord tenant, 6 personal injury, estate and construction matters. Camille completed her articles at Augustine Bater Binks LLP and Richardson Hall LLP, and is excited to establish herself in the Ottawa legal community. Originally from Montréal but raised in Calgary, Alberta, Camille grew up in an anglophone environment but never lost touch with her francophone roots. Camille est parfaitement bilingue et fière de pouvoir assister ses clients en français et/ou en anglais. Camille completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto where she graduated with high distinction. She then moved to Ottawa to obtain her law degree from the University of Ottawa.

Stephanie Luskey

Stephanie Danielle Luskey is a member of the Low Murchison Radnoff Family Law Group and was called to the bar in 2018. Stephanie obtained her law degree from Trinity College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland in 2010, and a Master of Laws with a concentration in social justice from the University of Ottawa in 2016. She has been practicing family law since 2020. Stephanie approaches her family law practice with empathy and understanding. She is committed to ensuring that her client’s best interests are represented in a professional and effective manner. She has assisted clients with negotiating and preparing various domestic contracts and parenting plans. Stephanie has represented clients in all aspects of family law including parenting, support, relocation, divorce, and property issues before the Superior Court. Although comfortable litigating, Stephanie is settlement focused and dedicated to working towards low conflict solutions that best meet her client’s needs.

Maryn Marsland

Maryn Marsland is a family and child protection defence lawyer at Fresh Legal in Ottawa. She graduated from Dalhousie University and was called to the bar in 2021. After trying her hand at criminal defence and child protection defence, she has recently made the move to Fresh Legal and to family law. She is also the Vice-President of the Child Protection Defence Association of Ottawa. Outside of work, Maryn loves to travel the world with her wife, hike any hill she comes across, visit as many museums and historic sites as she can, and swim in any available body of water.

Kayleigh Pink

Kayleigh Pink is a research lawyer at Lam Family Law, where she provides research and drafting related services to other family law lawyers in Ontario. Kayleigh obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2021 and was called to the bar in 2022. Kayleigh has returned to the University of Ottawa as a guest speaker in Advanced Family Law and to assist with training the family law negotiation team.

Kiran Uppal

Kiran Uppal’s practice includes providing guidance on a wide variety of matters, including divorce and separation, child and spousal support, division of property, and co-habitation and marriage contracts.Kiran understands that many of her clients are faced with the most challenging moments of their lives. She believes in shouldering their burden by helping them navigate the legal system and works hard to provide solutions as thoughtfully and efficiently as possible. Kiran thoroughly enjoys working with people, and prides herself on being meticulous, hardworking, and compassionate. While in law school, Kiran worked at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic in the family law division. She also developed her oral advocacy skills throughout law school, including winning the BLG Negotiation Competition and earning a coveted spot on the University of Ottawa’s Walsh Family Law Negotiation team.
