Underneath each FPSC approved video, there is form that needs to be completed after watching the video so that you meet the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC)'s proof of attendance requirement.
Listen carefully for the 3 two digit numbers you will hear during each video. Write them down as you hear them. You will be required to input all numbers at the completion of each video in order to receive your FPSC proof of attendance email.
